The Northern Penobscot Tech Region III offers career and technical instruction in the following Maine approved CTE programs: Culinary Arts, Health Science Careers (RMA,MAS,CNA), Information Technology, Welding Technology, Automotive Technology, Commercial Driver’s License, Digital Communication/Web Design, Construction Technology/Cabinet Making, Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Technician. Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
Northern Penobscot Tech Region III adheres to all FERPA requirements, some of which govern:
- Inspection of student records
- Amendment of records
- The nature of items that can be disclosed and to whom
- The nature of information that is not disclosed
- Procedure to limit release of information (opt-out)
